Pix n Fly is officially recognized and authorized by the DGAC. Our pilots all own an official licence allowing them to work in compliance with the legislation.

Our drones only fly when authorised by government regulations in any country. No breach of regulations will be done under no circumstances. All our drones are regularly controlled and fully insured, all documents can be provided on request.

Safety of goods and people is the priority of any drone aerial activity. In may 2012, the first regulations for  drones flying were put in place in France followed by most European Countries. Since 2015, Aerial filming is also regulated in Europe. Pix n’Fly follows all regulations in strict respect of the law and regulations in place.

All drone flying in a suburbain area requires a permit delivered by French Prefecture in France. This permit must be requested at least 5 working days before flying date.
